HIKE CARDIAC CANYON!

Cardiac Canyon is an off the beaten path secluded slot canyon within the Antelope Canyon wash system. If the name doesn’t make you think twice, then it may be for you! The tour begins on the Navajo Nation Reservation. This canyon is so special, as it features beautiful textured, intricately carved patterns adorning its walls. So many details and even some petroglyphs left from our ancestors. If you are there at the right time, you will be graced with the streams of sunlight, aka light beams, that enhance the vibrant reds and oranges within its depths! It is truly a -you have to be there- experience.

The 4 hour Cardiac Canyon Tour is an exciting experience for those looking for a slot canyon tour without the crowds. You are transported from the Taadidiin Tours parking lot 7 miles to the entrance of the canyon. You and your guide will then meet the name-making hill of Cardiac Canyon. You will slide down the steep Cardiac Sand Dune trail into the canyon.

At the end of the tour, you and your guides will head back up and out of the canyon to make the trip back to the parking lot.

This tour is a new offering that lasts 4 hours in duration and about 2.5 miles hiking. Many elevation changes. The definition of “away from it all”, this canyon is only accessible through Taadidiin Tours. It has so many sights to see, a secluded canyon away from the crowds will definitely make for a unique experience.
